Your rental includes a $30 per day electricity allowance to cover normal usage during your stay. Guests are responsible for any electricity costs that exceed this daily allowance over the rental period. Please note that electricity on the island is 4 to 5 times more expensive than in the U.S., so we kindly ask that you be mindful of energy use, especially: Turning off A/C units and lights when not in use Keeping doors and windows closed while using the A/C The $30 daily allowance is typically sufficient if energy is used wisely. ⚡ Any overages will be calculated at $0.43 per kilowatt-hour (kWh).
